Melanie Reyes Vega-Marty
Melanie is a passionate athlete, mother of two, and an experienced trainer and coach.
The birth of her children sparked her interest in Montessori education – an approach that immediately inspired her. When she couldn’t find a suitable school in her region, she decided to create one herself: a place where children can learn with joy, at their own pace, and without pressure.
In August 2024, she fulfilled this dream by founding Tesoro Montessori School – and has been shaping it with heart, dedication, and vision ever since.

Martin - Montessori Educator & Mentor
Martin discovered his passion for Montessori education early on—he attended a Montessori kindergarten at the age of three. Growing up in a loving and supportive environment, he developed a strong desire to guide and support children in their development from an early age.
After completing his training as a childcare professional, he deepened his knowledge of the Montessori approach under Maria Roth in Munich. He is especially inspired by the respectful and motivating way in which each child is encouraged and supported individually.
Martin brings great dedication and heart to his work. He looks forward to sharing his passion for Montessori education every day in school life.

Adriana - Montessori Educator with Heart
I am originally from Paraguay and have lived in Switzerland for 16 years. My international journey began at the age of 18, taking me from Australia to England and finally to Zurich.
My passion lies in early childhood education. After studying in England, I completed my Montessori training (ages 3–6) in Munich as well as my FABE qualification at BKE. I am committed to guiding children with empathy and love, nurturing their natural curiosity, and creating an environment where they can develop holistically – inspired by Maria Montessori’s educational philosophy.
In my free time, I enjoy travelling with my family, jogging, doing Zumba, and discovering new dishes from around the world.
